At AllSouth, our commitment to service doesn't stop with our members. Part of our mission is to make a difference and improve the quality of life for the communities we serve. We continuously support local organizations, causes, and charities through volunteer opportunities, sponsorships, and donations. Our primary focus is groups that support the military, assist families in crisis, and address issues related to homelessness and hunger in the Midlands area.

Over the years, we have supported our community through a number of events and commitments, including Big Red Barn's Fall Jam, Harvest Hope's Backpack program, Healthy Learners' Nashville Songwriters in the Realm, Transitions Homeless Center's Reconstruct Home event, Central SC Habitat for Humanity's Brew 2 Build, and many more. We also have an ongoing partnership with Communities in Schools of South Carolina that works with public schools and food insecure communities to connect students to the educational support, services, and resources they need to thrive. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with these incredible organizations to help give back to the community we call home.

In addition to these events and sponsorships, we donate funds to local organizations through our employee giving program, AllSouth Gives Back, where we match our team members' generous contributions dollar-for-dollar. As part of this program, our team helps select the charities and nonprofits they want to contribute to each month. Since the program's inception in 2012 (formerly the Donate to Dress Down Program), we've donated over $149,000 to local charities.

Our commitment to community service is not just about financial support. We believe in the power of personal involvement. That's why we organize volunteer opportunities throughout the year for our employees to give back to the community we serve and live in. Since we started our Employee Volunteer Program in 2019, our employees have donated over 360 hours of community service. We've partnered with organizations like Harvest Hope Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity ReStores, Meals on Wheels (Senior Resources), Midlands Orphan Relief, Transitions Homeless Center, and others.

During the holiday season, we extend our support to organizations such as Epworth Children's Home and the Families Helping Families holiday assistance program to provide gifts and monetary donations to individuals and families in need. This is a testament to our employees' dedication to community service and our company's culture of giving back.

It is our mission to make a difference and improve the quality of life for the communities we serve. We volunteer our time and provide financial support to local organizations and causes that reflect our shared values. Supporting our community is ingrained in the foundation of our financial cooperative.
