Lisa started her career in the financial industry working for a bank before transitioning to AllSouth. While she enjoyed working in the financial industry, she wanted to pursue a career that would allow her to have more of an impact in her community. She was drawn to AllSouth because of their reputation for providing a family-like atmosphere with a community focus. Starting as a teller at our Northeast branch, she quickly embraced her role, finding purpose in serving her community. She advanced to the AutoDirect Department (where members can apply for loans directly through local car dealerships), processing loans, handling title work, and ensuring seamless service for our members.

For the past three years, Lisa has worked with our centralized lending team as a loan processor. She works directly with members who apply for loans through Online and Mobile Banking, our website, or in person, guiding them through the loan process and ensuring quality assurance on approved loans.

What's one habit you've developed that has positively impacted your life?
Guided meditation. It helps me relax by visualizing being somewhere else.
What's your favorite office supply?
A pen that clicks since I naturally fidget.
What's your favorite smart gadget and why?
That's easy! A Firestick because it's cheaper than buying a new TV and provides more options than cable.
What's a quote or mantra that inspires you?
When you get tired, learn to rest, not quit.
What's your favorite TV series of all time and why?
Sandford and Son because I used to watch it growing up with my dad and we still watch it together whenever we get together for a visit.
What's one thing you do every day for your personal growth?
I am unlearning and practicing different responses to problems.

Although I come off shy at first, I can get along with just about anyone.

Originally from southern Maryland, Lisa moved to South Carolina in 2006. She is a proud mother of two, with one child who is an upcoming high school senior and another who recently graduated college. Her 8-year-old Plott Hound mix dog, Mi-Lee, keeps her company when she's outside planting flowers in her garden. Lisa often travels to Maryland to visit one of her favorite people, her dad.
