Particularly, emails and cell or mobile phone numbers. To help verify your identity, we use your email and cell or mobile phone number in combination with other security features. To help protect your accounts, it's important to periodically check to make sure your contact information is up to date. Correct information helps to prevent fraud, ensures you receive important notifications about your account, and more.   #### **Fraud Prevention** Keeping your personal and account information safe is a priority to us. If we ever need to contact you regarding unusual activity on your account or to verify a transaction, it's essential that we have your most up-to-date information.   ### **Communication** We provide regular updates and notifications to ensure you are aware of any upcoming changes that could impact your account. This information is sent to the mailing address or email address we have on file for you.   ### **Account Recovery** If you ever forget your password or User ID for Online and Mobile Banking, we can help you gain access to this information or reset your login credentials as long as we have your correct contact information on file.    ### Simple Steps to Review Your Contact Information 1. Log into [Online Banking](https://www.allsouth.org/bank/online-banking/) or [Mobile Banking](https://www.allsouth.org/bank/mobile-banking/). 2. From the menu, select "Account Services" and then "Profile Updates". 3. Under "Profile Updates", select "Change Address and Phone Number" to review your current address and phone number(s). If no changes are needed, simply select "Cancel". 4. Under "Profile Updates", select "Change Email Address" to review your current email address and make any changes. If no changes are needed, simply select "Cancel".
