    "Don't judge a person unless you've walked a mile in their shoes because you never know what someone is going through. Everyone deserves respect and compassion,” said Erin, our featured AllSouth AllStar.  Erin truly believes in this philosophy and applies it to her life. It shows through the many relationships she’s built and maintained with our members and team members throughout the years. Erin’s love for connecting and building lasting relationships is what makes her our featured AllSouth AllStar. 

    Erin began her career with AllSouth almost eight years ago.  She started as a teller and worked her way up to branch manager.  As a manager, Erin helps with everything from general account questions to assisting members with new accounts and loans.  When she's not assisting members with loans and other banking needs, you’ll find her on the teller line helping her team.   

    Erin is a 'one of a kind' team member, and she leaves an impression that you won’t forget. Erin loves to see members return to the branch for their financial needs. She takes pride in knowing that members trust her.  "When Erin and I worked together at our Newberry location before she was promoted to her current position, she was amazing. She was always willing to help out wherever she was needed, and she had the best member service. She would immediately jump in to help if she saw that someone needed help.” said Laura, one of Erin's team members and also another featured AllSouth AllStar.   

    “Erin is very knowledgeable, efficient, and will go above and beyond for her members and team members,” said Angela, our team member. 

    Treating people with kindness is a quality that Erin feels contributes to her success. She believes that if people feel comfortable with you, it could open the door to many opportunities to help serve others. Being kind and polite come naturally for Erin, and this is evident when members she served at a previous branch location a few years ago still request to see her when they visit that branch. “Erin is very knowledgeable, efficient, and will go above and beyond for her members and team members,” said Angela, our team member. 

    Her goal is to share as much information with our members to help them make the best decisions for their financial well-being. She often recommends and encourages members to become familiar with the resources available to help them monitor their accounts, stay safe, and overcome some of the financial challenges they may face. “Since the pandemic, our members have become more “tech-savvy” using our products and services such as Online and Mobile Banking, Telephone Banking, and CardControl to help them manage their accounts,” said Erin. Ensuring that our members are comfortable using these resources is important. 

    Erin seeks out ways to help members save money, especially on the interest rates for credit cards and auto loans.  Over the past few months, she has helped many members refinance their auto loans with our current competitive rates with affordable payments.  She has also assisted members trying to build or re-build their credit by sharing information about our Share Secured Loans and other resources to help build credit.  

    When Erin is not at work, she loves spending time with their newly adopted, adventurous ten-year-old son, family, and friends.  She and her husband are Youth Directors for their church, and they enjoy spending time brainstorming and planning trips, activities, and community service opportunities for their youth programs.
