Empowering Members is What Makes Haley an AllSouth AllStar

Knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy are just a few of the qualities of AllSouth AllStar, Haley. Haley is a Member Service Representative at our Camden location. As a Member Service Representative, Haley helps members through the process of getting an auto loan, personal loan, or credit cards.  She also assists with opening new accounts and general questions about personal banking.

Haley is one of our representatives members have been seeking out for three years.  When you see Haley helping members, you realize why she is so good at her job. For one, she likes it, and you can tell. But the main reason is because she focuses on getting to know members and finding products and services that will help them and be the best fit.

Financial education and providing options to help make life a little easier are two of our goals at AllSouth.  We encourage our team to find ways to assist members in saving more and working toward their financial goals.  One example of how Haley exemplifies this was when she helped a long-time member update his current product to a newer product to save him money.  Haley said, "I was able to assist a member with finding a product that fit him better, saving him money as well as increasing his credit limit. I was also able to help him refinance his RV, providing him with even more savings."

She stops everything to help members find solutions. Haley said, "When someone has a question, no matter what I'm doing, I try to help them find a solution to their problem." This is what happened when a long-time member came into her office; she noticed the member had an outdated Personal Line of Credit that wasn't working for them anymore.  We offer a new Line of Credit product that has a better payment option. This option was better for the member and their budget.

Haley's attention to detail allows her to help members pay off other loans with higher rates and payments. "I try my best to help all of our members.  Whether it's helping finance the car of their dreams; or simply sitting down with them to help them track their expenses. I love being able to help any way I possibly can.  You never know what kind of day someone is having, so I always smile because you never know how much that interaction will affect them."

Haley, her husband, Grant, and her twin daughters, enjoy fishing and having pool parties with their family and friends.  She also has two dogs, Jake and Axel.
