In her current role, she diligently works to ensure every member is assisted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner – and of course, always with a smile. As a supervisor, she works with her team members on problem-solving, and she assists them with any issues they may encounter in their day-to-day duties. Being a teller isn’t only about ensuring that your cash drawer is balanced and doing quick mental math, mostly it’s about service. One of her team members, Erika, had this to say about Nicole, “If anyone is an AllStar, it is definitely Nicole. Her dedication to fulfill her role at AllSouth is shown through her hard work and enthusiasm. She is a very hard worker and gives 100% to make sure that each member that walks through the doors of her location are given the best service.”
A typical day for Nicole can range from processing transactions and opening new accounts, to taking and completing loan applications. She also manages ‘the frontline’ (at AllSouth, the team that serves members face-to-face are often referred to as ‘the frontline’) to make sure everything is running smoothly while assisting members. Nicole is on the move all day, assisting the branch manager, her team members, and the members to make sure everyone is getting the service they need and deserve.
Nicole’s dedication to her work and the people she helps is evident each day – often going beyond what is needed. She wants every member that she comes into contact with to leave with a smile on their face. "I love my job. I love assisting members, whether it’s making a simple deposit or applying for a loan. I just love seeing them smile and knowing that I helped them – even if it is small. Seeing the excitement when someone gets their first car makes me happy. I enjoy helping out with these milestones. Having the opportunity to help a member during the loan process and seeing the smile on their face makes it all worth it! Hopefully, they’ll remember AllSouth in the future when they go to purchase another car or need another type of loan.” Nicole makes every effort that the people she helps understands the products they are signing up for – finances can be intimidating at times. She wants everyone she helps to be satisfied with the service they receive. With the care and service provided by team members such as AllStar Nicole, we're sure they will. Member service is a priority for us, and we’re glad to have people like Nicole on our team.
