Our February AllStar is known for her stellar customer service skills and attention to detail. Kaitlyn began her journey with AllSouth as a teller in 2017. After two and half years at our Platt Springs branch, Kaitlyn moved into a floating member service representative position, where she helped various branches as needed with account opening and account serving. During the pandemic, Kaitlyn seamlessly transitioned into the realm of customer service in Electronic Services (ES). With more than seven years of combined experience in both the branches and back office, Kaitlyn finds satisfaction in being a reliable resource for both members and her fellow employees.
As a senior electronic services representative, Kaitlyn provides support to our Member Answer Center (MAC). Her role allows her to work through various channels and avenues to assist people who can be all over the world. She's found ways to connect and engage with people digitally whether over the phone or email. Part of her responsibilities include responding to secure messages, member emails, and assisting members who are opening accounts online.
In addition, the electronic services department assists members with their account needs and questions by email, mail, fax, and secure messages submitted through Online and Mobile Banking. They also help with other credit union services like Bill Pay, Zelle®, and online account opening.
Kaitlyn's favorite aspect of working in electronic services is assisting both members and employees. She shared that it is "genuinely enriching" to know that she is someone people can come to for assistance with any questions they have regarding our electronic and digital services and products.

Later this month, AllSouth will launch its new Online and Mobile Banking platform. Kaitlyn will be instrumental in helping to provide support to both members and our employees as we transition to our new platform. Kaitlyn shared her enthusiasm for the new platform and how it’s going to be such a positive change for our members. She said she’s excited for some of the new features and how they will make it even easier for members to manage their money within Online and Mobile Banking.

Born in North Carolina, Kaitlyn made the move across the state line to South Carolina in 2015 to be closer to her family. She's happy to call Columbia her new home. "I've gotten to enjoy all the different things that the Midlands has to offer, including taking day trips to Charleston or the mountains. You are right in the middle of everything," she said.
